Lunches at Brewster Pierce are all made from scratch. Bread, rolls and pizza crusts are started early morning of day they’re served. Fruit and vegetables are sourced as locally as possible; Burnt Rock Farm, Villager Farm, Jubilee Farm, Conant’s, Maplewind, Moultrop’s, Taft’s Milk and Maple, Harlow’s Farm, apples from various orchards in Western Vermont Meat, Cheese, yogurt come from some of these local farms and Cabot Creamery, Vermont Smoke and Cure and from USDA also. Grains and flours come from King Arthur and Champlain Valley Milling, Eggs are raised in Vermont. Organic sunflower seeds, these days come from China! There will always be a vegetarian protein available.
